Tom Penton
President
Tom had entrepreneurial aspirations from a very young age. After discovering a new product called ‘Non Neon’ early in his career, he started Magic Lite in 1985 through which to sell it. Under his leadership, the business has introduced several innovative new products to the Canadian market (including Fiber Optics) and become a well-respected supplier of architectural and specialty lighting products.
Jen Zorony
Chief Financial Officer
As our CFO and Jill-of-all-trades, Jen uses her background in business administration and finance to expertly manage our office and handle our accounting, HR, purchasing and inventory. When not hard at work here at Magic Lite, she enjoys reading, yoga, crafts and camping with her husband and two daughters.

Jen represents Magic Lite to Canadian partners and clients, with whom she aspires to lead lasting relationships built on trust and mutual growth goals. She has a strong passion for business development and a deep desire to thrive in the competitive industry of her family’s business. With a PhD in engineering, she is no stranger to hard work, and is very excited to add her fervour to the Magic Lite Team.
